MHS Users must open MHS and IPDW BEFORE bringing up Internet Explorer.
If you are having problems with the MHS helplinks in CL1034 overwriting the current Intelliqueue window, contact Patrick Hennessy at 3-6472. Patrick will submit a request to fix this problem.
Oscar Users must sign into PBS Emulator BEFORE bringing up Internet Explorer.
The first emulator opened (e.g. PBS Emulator A or PBS Emulator B) is the emulator which IQ will choose to execute the screen pop. If that emulator is closed, the screen pop will not occur. Also, Intelliqueue will not default to use the other Emulator that is open.
Always leave open the first Emulator for screen popping. If it is absolutely necessary to close the first emulator, remember to close Internet Explorer and re-open it. Intelliqueue will then use the currently available emulator as the screen popper.
